- How much does Desk Axes cost?
- Basic: ₱499/mo. Premium: ₱999/mo. Custom: from ₱1,500/mo, plus from ₱15,000 one-time build. Prices are in Philippine pesos. Custom is quoted in writing after a call.
- Is there a free trial?
- Every plan is free for your first month: the whole product, for your whole team, with no credit card. Pricing starts after that, and you can cancel any time before it does.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Desk Axes never processes payments. Guests pay at the table or counter the way they do today, so there is no processing cut on any plan.
- Which plan fits my shop?
- Basic: For counter service. One QR, no tables. Premium: For dine-in. The whole floor, running live. Custom: Your brand, your address.
- What happens after the free month?
- Pick a plan, or export your data and leave. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel.
- How are plans paid, and can I get a refund?
- Plans are paid in advance for one, three, six or twelve months, and you can cancel any time from the Account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the unused part of a paid term is not refunded, except that a payment is refunded in full if you ask within seven days and nothing has been set up yet.
