What if the Wi-Fi drops?
Nothing sends until it’s back. It needs a connection, like your card terminal. What’s already on screen stays readable, and no order is lost.
Who takes the money?
You do, the same way you do today. Desk Axes never processes payment, never holds your money and never takes a cut of your sales.
Is it BIR accredited?
No. Desk Axes takes your orders and keeps your numbers. Keep issuing official receipts from your accredited POS or receipt booklet, and run Desk Axes beside it.
Our staff aren’t technical.
One screen and one button per order, and everything can be undone. We teach the team on the floor during setup and stay for the first rush.
