Features

Everything it does, and who each part is for.

Start with the way your shop serves people. The full catalogue is underneath, and anything without a pill is on every plan, Basic included.

Built for how you serve

Four shops, four different days.

One QR, no tables

A counter or a kiosk

Milk tea, coffee bars, food stalls, anywhere the queue is the floor.

Somebody joins the queue, scans the one code taped to the counter and orders under their name while they wait. You approve it, it goes on the board, and you call the name when it is up. Nothing is assigned to a seat, because there are no seats.

  • Counter mode: one code for the whole shop
  • Takeout by name, so you call Maria and not 47
  • Sold-out board, flipped from any staff phone
  • Today’s sales, best sellers and busiest hours
A code on every table

A dine-in floor

Cafés and restaurants where people sit down and stay.

A table scans the code stuck to it and builds an order at their own pace. A waiter confirms it, the pass sees each item separately, and the table watches it move without asking anyone. Transfers, merges and the bill all stay attached to the seat.

  • Per-table QR codes and a live table map
  • Kitchen display, each item moving on its own
  • Waiter calls for water, the bill or help
  • Table to Kitchen, for when the rush does not wait
Walk-ins and apps in one place

Takeout and delivery

Shops where most of the day leaves in a paper bag.

Walk-ins order from the counter code. Rider orders arrive from the apps and get keyed in beside them, so one screen holds the whole day instead of a tablet per channel. Takeouts can have a page of their own, away from anything eating in.

  • Staff order entry for walk-ins and phone orders
  • Delivery-app orders entered alongside your own
  • A takeouts page, split from the dine-in board
  • Pickup numbers that reset every day
The same build, many doors

Several branches

Franchises and groups running more than one address.

Each branch runs its own menu, staff and takings, and you move between them from one login. What gets built for one branch can be turned on for the rest, which is how thirteen shops end up on the same set of tools without thirteen setups.

  • One login, a switcher between stores
  • Per-branch menus, staff and numbers
  • A shared build rolled out across the group
  • A monthly read on each store, emailed

Two shops on the same plan

Custom isn’t a bigger bundle. It’s what your shop needs.

Both of these are cafés. Both are on Custom. Almost nothing they run is the same.

A café with a floor and a printer

Sits people down, takes orders a day ahead for pickup, and prints a ticket to the bar and another to the kitchen. Cash across the counter, and a manager’s password before anything is voided.

  • Advance orders, placed today for tomorrow
  • Tickets printed to the bar and the kitchen
  • Numbered standees carried to the table
  • Bookings with a downpayment and a room held
  • Vouchers and per-item discounts at the till
  • A password on voids, and an audit of every one

A café that sells more through apps than seats

Took table ordering off entirely. Staff key in delivery-app orders next to walk-ins, a kiosk sits on the counter, and the whole thing wears the shop’s own brand from the splash screen to the address bar.

  • Order entry set to takeout only, tables off
  • Delivery-app orders keyed in beside walk-ins
  • A kiosk on the counter for self-ordering
  • Their own domain, their own colours, their own splash
  • Item counts staff set themselves at open
  • Bookings, for the tables they do keep

If something on your list isn’t here yet, it’s quoted as a build, not promised as a feature.

How Custom works

The whole catalogue

Every capability, by what you’re trying to do.

Taking orders

Guests order from their phone. Staff order from anywhere.

9 things

QR ordering at the table

Guests scan the code on their table, browse the live menu, build an order and send it. No app to download, nothing to install.

Counter mode

One QR for the whole shop. Guests order under their name and you call it out when it’s ready — built for kiosks and milk tea counters.

Staff order entry

A fast till for walk-ins and phone orders: dine-in or takeout, item options, notes, and payment in the same screen.

Item options

Iced or Hot, sizes, add-ons — each choice with its own price. Guests pick before adding; the choice follows the item to the kitchen and the receipt.

Live order tracking

Guests watch their order move: confirmed, in the kitchen, ready, delivered. No more “is it coming?” walk-ups.

Peak hours warning

One switch that tells guests today is busy and orders may take longer, before they order.

Table security

Optionally accept orders only from tables where someone is actually seated, so a saved link can’t order from home.

Takeout by name

Takeout asks for a name, so you call “Maria” instead of shouting a number.

Printed-QR security

Table codes can carry their own secret key, so ordering needs a scan of the real printed QR — a shared or typed link is refused. The counter code can require it too.

Running the floor

What your team sees during service.

8 things

Orders dashboard

Every incoming order in one place, with one-tap confirm, undo on every risky action, and a clear reason shown before you turn one down.

Table map

Premium

Your floors as live tiles: who’s eating, who needs attention, what’s reserved. Transfer and merge tables without losing the order.

Kitchen display

Premium

A dark, large-format queue for the pass. Each item moves separately, so a drink is never held hostage by a dish.

Table to Kitchen

Premium

A switch that sends QR orders straight to the kitchen with no confirmation tap — flip it on for the rush.

Waiter calls

Premium

Guests tap for water, utensils, the bill or help. Your team sees it instantly and answers with “On my way”.

Reservations

Premium

Bookings from your public page or the phone: assign tables, seat, no-show or cancel, and greet booked guests by name when they scan.

Sold-out board

Flip an item off the menu the moment it runs out, from any staff account. Guests see it instantly — no reprinting, no disappointing.

Order history

Every finished order, searchable. Managers can void mistakes with a password, and voided orders can be restored for 30 days.

Money and receipts

Desk Axes never touches your money. It keeps a clean record of it.

8 things

Payment recording

Record how each bill was settled — cash, card, GCash or bank transfer, with a reference. Take payment before the food or after eating, your call.

Split payment

Premium

One bill across several methods: cash plus GCash, two cards, whatever the table hands you. The parts must cover the bill exactly.

Senior Citizen and PWD discounts

Worked out the way the law says: VAT off first, then 20% of the eligible share, with the cardholder’s name and ID on record.

VAT and service charge

Set once. Menu prices stay VAT-inclusive the way they’re printed, and receipts show the proper breakdown.

Complimentary items

Comp a line, several, or a whole ticket — on the house, a replacement, or a promo. The bill drops it, the record keeps its value.

Digital receipts

Guests keep their order summary on their phone. You can also print on an 80mm thermal printer.

Invoices ledger

Premium

Every finished order and its receipt in one searchable ledger, with a running shift total and a spreadsheet export.

Monthly sales report

A plain-language report of your month, emailed to you. Nothing to remember to run.

Menu and promos

Your menu is software now. Change it as fast as your kitchen does.

8 things

Menu manager

Items, categories, photos, allergen tags, prices — edited live. What guests see updates the moment you save.

Menu scanning

Photograph your printed menu or tarpaulin and the items come back named, priced and sorted. It even spots variants like “(Iced & Hot)” and offers to set them up as options.

Promos

Promo cards with their own images, schedules and folders: bundles, percent off, or a free item at a minimum order. Guests see them as a swipeable banner.

Live promo pricing

A percent-off promo reprices the menu itself — struck-through old price, Promo badge, same numbers at the till. Nobody does arithmetic mid-service.

Promo counts

Each card counts taps and how many orders actually contain its items, so you can tell a pretty banner from one that sells.

Public menu page

A shareable, browse-only menu with your hours, address and directions — for your Instagram bio or a Facebook post.

CSV import

Already have your menu in a spreadsheet? Import it in one go.

Free items

Price an item at zero on purpose — a birthday dessert, a taster — without the system fighting you.

Numbers and AI

Answers about your own store, in your own words.

6 things

Sales analytics

Best sellers, revenue, order volume, busiest hours — on every plan, because “how much did I make today” is not a premium question.

Weekly insights

Premium

A plain-language read on your week: what sold, what slipped, and what to do about it.

Ask your sales anything

Premium

A chat that reads your order history: “how was growth versus last month?” gets an answer, not a chart to decode.

AI menu edits

Premium

Ask it to add ₱2 to all coffee, rename items, or turn variants into options. It shows every change line by line and touches nothing until you press Apply.

Description writer

Blank menu descriptions written for you, one row or all at once, in the voice of the ones you already wrote.

Order suggestions

“Frequently added” suggestions drawn from what your guests actually order together.

Your store and team

Set it up once, run it from anywhere.

7 things

Real team accounts

Invite staff with their own logins, set who’s staff and who’s a manager, add photos.

Opening hours per day

Weekends different from weekdays, one day closed — whatever your week looks like. Guests see today’s hours.

Your brand on everything

Custom

Your logo on the guest menu and receipts. On Custom, your own subdomain or domain.

Multi-branch

One login, several stores, a switcher between them.

Tables & QR manager

Add tables in bulk, print one QR or the whole floor. Renaming a table never breaks a code you already stuck down.

Stock and inventory

Premium

Count what you hold, take it down as you sell, and see what is about to run out before service does. Items can be capped at a count that puts them sold out on their own.

Built-in help

A searchable help library inside the app, so your staff answer their own questions mid-shift.

Start free for 30 days.

The whole product, no card, no contract. We’ll come and set it up.
